ok, with the trap coming out in October this year and there is less than 3 months left to go, I figured I would go ahead and create this topic.
With the mess of last year with the PKE meter of it could not be sent overseas due to electronics, alot of my fellow ghostheads had to buy it on Ebay, scalpers, or other places and pay a huge fee. Only a few of them got a hold of a US Shipping buddy and was able to get one at list price and not pay any extra cost. I was able to order 5 extra PKE meters for people overseas and I am willing to offer the same this year for the trap. The last thing I want to see if a fellow ghosthead across the pond have to pay more than they should.
I am proposing one of two ways to do this:
1) You can order the item yourself and then have it shiped to my address. Once I have it, I will go get a box and packing material for it that you will have to pay for. ( shouldn't be no more than 5-10 dollars I would think) I will box it up, give you the dimesions and shape of the box, and you can calculate the cost of postage, send me the label, and I will slap it on the box and ship it off for you.
2) You can send me the money via pay pal for only the trap and shipping to my address. This way I can buy it for you. By sending it pay pal, it will protect both of us incase something happens. Then once I have the item at my house,I will box it up for you and give you the dimesions and shape of the box, and you can calculate the cost of postage, send me the money via pay pal for shipping and I will print the label off and I will slap it on the box and ship it off for you.


Of course we are waiting to hear back from Matty to see if they can ship the items overseas or not, but I figure I would go ahead and create something so we are well prepared if the worst does happen.

i myself am not getting the trap but iam with you gibbs i do not think it will be shipped outside the states

I don't mind helping out guys. I have a feeling it will be banned and that is why I offered to help like I did last year.

i have stated this in the other threads, but no one seemed to catch on.....I don't have the extra money, but if you want to buy it and ship it to my house. then pay for the shipping, ill send it to you from South Florida....Not many places much further east in the USA.....I"m more than happy to help!!!!

Really great of both of you guys to offer to help. I don't think I'm going to be able to afford the Trap if Mattel don't ship directly to the UK. With the US sales tax, US shipping, postage to the UK, customs and VAT it's going to be too expensive for me. If I hadn't pre-ordered the hot toys Superman I may have been able to do it, but they're too close together.

ok, with the trap fixing to be sold in a couple weeks, I am bumping this topic again. Sure Matty has said that the trap can ship overseas, but how many times have told us something( ecto subscription was a hit) and then turned around and lied to us? Honestly I would hope this item can ship overseas, but if not I am still willing to help.
